This was a wonderful start to a very lighthearted series. I can't wait for the next installment in this series to come out!

" A fun read; FLIRTING UNDER A FULL MOON, the first book in gifted author Ashlyn Chase’s FLIRTING WITH FANGS series, is a sexy,
hilarious paranormal romance and a wonderful start to a new series. Known for injecting her books with love and laughter,
Ms. Chase has penned a prime example of this with FLIRTING UNDER A FULL MOON. Containing a mystery that will keep you guessing,
paranormal characters that spark the imagination, witty banter and humor that will tickle your funny bone and sizzling sensuality that heats up the pages,
this story is an absolute keeper. A longtime fan of Ms. Chase’s work, I am always enchanted by her original and imaginative stories
and eager to see what she comes up with next. I recommend FLIRTING UNDER A FULL MOON to anyone looking for a great story with loads of creativity,
hilarity and heat. This is one story you will not want to miss!"

I loved it as I did the first series. Paranormal creatures abound from Nick’s wolf to Sly’s vampire to brownies and ghosts and gods and shifters (oh my)...
If you are looking for a fun book that pokes at more than its share of non-traditional romance topics (for example stomachs that react to treats made with milk for our lactose intolerant heroine),
that has a plethora of paranormal creatures and two lovers that race through a madcap adventure in the hopes of staying together for more than one night than this book is for you!
Can’t wait to see what mischief and madness Ms. Chase has planned for the next book in the series."
Booklist Online review snippet "Hot sex scenes and a breezy tone with a nice,
happily-ever-after ending makes Chase’s story—with its interesting cast of humans, werewolves, shape-shifters, witches, wizards, and vampires—a fun read."

Definitely get out there and buy this one. I look forward to other books in this series"

"Laugh Out Loud with this Kooky Cast of Paranormal Neighbors"
"THE VAMPIRE NEXT DOOR is the third book in Ashlyn Chase's Strange Neighbor's series. The story is light, funny and easy to follow. I haven't read the first two books in the series, but this installment can definitely stand on its own, and I didn't feel like I missed anything crucial by jumping in at book three... Mogaine's Southern cousin, an eavesdropping ghost, and werewolf, raven, merman, and dragon shifters make for an incredible display of hilarity. I was left laughing out loud... The story also followed up a little on one of the couples from a previous book, which will appeal to those who are fans of the series. Overall this light, kooky, paranormal romance reminded me of a TV sitcom, and those looking for a good laugh will definitely not be disappointed."

Reviewer Top Pick "This is the third novel in the series by Ashlyn Chase about the apartment building made up of different paranormal residents. Each novel deals with the romance of certain residents and I was happy to see that Sly finally got a novel and that he was matched with Morgaine. Morgaine was one of my favorite characters from Strange Neighbors and I was excited to see that she finally got a makeover from her goth look to something much more feminine. The love story flowed along perfectly and I enjoyed how we finally learned about Sly being turned into a vampire and the Master who created him. I enjoyed this book immensely and am looking forward to reading more from this author."

A hilarious read, THE VAMPIRE NEXT DOOR, the third book in this delicious series, is a fun and steamy hot paranormal romance. The strange residents of this apartment building all join in doing a bit of matchmaking. The apartment where Sly now lives has been successful at matching other residents of this building. Although Sly and Morgaine are attracted to each other, neither one wants to make the first move, fearing that they will lose each other's friendship. They are both shy, lonely people and a bit awkward when it comes to social situations. However, when they do come together, things steam up in a big way. Readers of this series will also get a chance to revisit the characters of previous books. The ghost Chad is hilarious as a matchmaker. Filled with a loveable cast of supernatural characters, humor, sizzling hot love scenes, outlandish situations and plenty of love and imagination, this is a book you will want to read more than once. Definitely unforgettable! If you enjoy this book, do not miss the first two books in this series; STRANGE NEIGHBORS and THE WEREWOLF UPSTAIRS.
THE WEREWOLF UPSTAIRS
"Author Ashlyn Chase is a brilliant writer who creates the quirkiest and funniest romantic books I've ever read..."
—4 1/2 stars, Tarsilla for BlackRaven Reviews
"Witty and wonderful, THE WEREWOLF UPSTAIRS is a delightful and sensual paranormal romance. Roz and Konrad come up with a unique idea for their dates. Neither one is happy with their career, so they decide to spend time together finding out about different careers, such as ballroom dancing, bartending, etc. However, each one ends up in a hilarious mishap, letting them know these careers are definitely not meant for them. However, Konrad knows they are meant for each other and though Roz believes she should stay away from him, her feelings for him will not let her. These charismatic characters pop right off the page right in front of your eyes, coming to life, as the entertaining plot, humor, sizzling sensual scenes and romance, make this story unforgettable. Unable to put it down, I read it in one sitting. If you are looking for sizzling sex scenes and loads of laughter, Ashlyn Chase is the author to look for. Be sure to get your own copy of THE WEREWOLF UPSTAIRS. You won't regret it!"
"I absolutely loved The Werewolf Upstairs. What a great sequel! Roz is complex, strong, stubborn, determined and has image issues... like most of us do. She can't get over that she is overweight and a hottie like Konrad could possibly be interested in her, but he is wholeheartedly. There is no lack of delicious steamy romance, that will keep you turning pages and wanting more. Konrad seduced Roz and The Werewolf Upstairs seduced me!"

"The Werewolf Upstairs is beyond funny, extremely sexy and jam packed full of eccentric character-driven chaotic fun from cover to cover. Ms. Chase has once again delighted me with another addictive story from the Boston brownstone which is paranormal central to a cast of quirky, sassy and witty neighbors... If you have yet to read the first book, Strange Neighbors, pick it up now and introduce yourself to this delicious series then top it off with The Werewolf Upstairs for desert; you will not be disappointed with this absolutely charming, exciting and sizzling romantic series."

"This was a fantastic, fun paranormal romance. I loved the light, upbeat feel that this book left me with. I found myself with a big goofy grin on my face long after I finished this light-hearted read. Roz and Konrad are a quirky couple that quickly found a place in my heart. I love heroines who are curvy and when you pair that with a kind heart and a quick wit for me, that's a keeper... The story concept is solid and the pace moves well... I highly recommend this lively book. I cannot wait to read the next in this series about these fabulous residents."

Strange Neighbors Ashlyn Chase. Sourcebooks Casablanca, $6.99 (384p) ISBN 978-1-4022-3661-7
"When nurse Merry MacKenzie rents an apartment in a historic Boston home, she's taken with her new landlord, sexy baseball pitcher Jason Falco, and intrigued by the possibility of a ghost on the premises. It doesn't take long to figure out that her neighbors are an odd bunch: a couple of witches who run a phone sex business, several shape-shifters, a werewolf, and a vampire in (of course) the basement. The scariest entity by far is determined reporter Lila Crum, whose pursuit of Jason knows no boundaries. Add in Jason's snoopy and decidedly nonsupernatural aunt and the good-natured fun never stops. Chase (Vampire Vintage) brings on plenty of laughs along with steamy sex scenes as Merry and Jason bewitch each other amid the supernatural mayhem." (June)
Coffee Time Reviewer's Recommend Award "Strange Neighbors is a riot a minute. The story has a merry cast of characters... Come along for a wild ride through the daily lives of the inhabitants of the building owned by pro-baseball player Jason Falco. The writing style of Ashlyn Chase is very unique with the perfect blend of serious and hilarious. I found Strange Neighbors well worth the read and was excited to find another talented writer to add to my to-be-on-the-lookout-for list."

"As someone that has read her fair share of paranormal romances, this one was a delightful shock to the senses... .I loved Merry and Jason and couldn't wait for his "big-reveal." Their banter is both adorable and sexy, and their intimate scenes positively sizzle. The other residents ensure there is so much more to the story, and it's as if you are opening a shiny present, piece by piece, until you're standing in front of the masterpiece you've been in front of the entire time, yet have been unable to see."
A definite must read if you enjoy books that stand apart from the rest, be sure not to miss Strange Neighbors. The writing is fantastic, the interwoven plots are expertly plotted, and the surprises only get better and better."

"Jason and Merry are great characters with sizzling chemistry and their love story is very well written. Jason's worry about his unique talents and heritage is ironic considering the tenants both known and unknown in his building. The subplots of the ghost's murder mystery and Merry's biological parents add a few twists to an already great story. The plot is fast moving and totally engrossing. I just could not put this one down."
—4 1/2 Hearts, Maura Frankman, The Romance Studio
"Strange Neighbors is amusing, witty and has a pretty good plot too, though it is as strange as the neighbors. It's all part of the fun... The decidedly quirky cast helps Merry to catch up quickly on any worldliness she missed while living at home. Merry is in heaven... but finding out about the family condition the way she did almost ruined everything, except for the reader who won't be able to stop laughing. Merry is perfect to help Jason accept his special condition. She teaches him to trust and is the one woman for whom he'd give up all the baseball groupies. If only the people of the world could learn to respect the differences in others the way these strange neighbors grew to do by accepting each other for who they are, instead of what they are."
—4 stars, Karen Haas, JERR
"STRANGE NEIGHBORS tosses an ostensibly unsuspecting human into a supernatural scenario... Merry is quickly involved in all sorts of building hijinks while trying to figure out her feelings for Jason and his for her. A woman who has gone through much already in life, Merry is well prepared to handle her new situation if only she has the confidence in herself and her relationship to see things through."
"Join Merry, Jason, and their fabulously dysfunctional apartment building mates on their spectacularly unique journey to becoming a family in STRANGE NEIGHBORS."
—Kathy Samuels, Romance Reviews Today
"...I have to tell you this was without a doubt one of the most enjoyable reading experiences I've had in a while. I loved the mixture of dialog, discourse and thoughts, with the characters second-guessing themselves at major points... .Add to that the stalking by the alcoholic paparazzi who needs a big story to save her career, and decides to make life hell for Jason and Merry: and of course the investigation into who murdered Chad back in the sixties, and you get a wonderfully wacky, fully entertaining romantic romp, filled with marvelous characters and passionate romance."
"After looking at Ms. Chase's website, I was delighted to see that this will be a series. I will be watching for more of these, and I hope they come soon."

Ashlyn Chase created such characters that spring up from the pages and come to life right in front of you... Jason and Merry were lovable and addictive, the reader won't be able to help themselves as they cheer them on to eventually finding their own path to happiness."

"I love Ashlyn Chase's approach for embracing this segment of society; she makes "life amongst the monsters" entertaining without wasting too much time on the mythology associated with the paranormal characters in the book. She keeps it light and moves the story along at a good pace.
"I hope Ashlyn Chase continues writing supernatural stories of this nature because I really enjoyed laughing at (and along with) the quirky characters in the book. Job well done!"
